YOGA/COOKINg class WORKSHOPS + RETREATS

Do you love yoga and food?  Me too!  I find there to be an inherent connection between nourishing your body with healthy food and caring for it physically and mentally with yoga.  

I offer yoga and cooking class workshops for small, private groups.  The workshop includes a 75-minute yoga session, followed by a 90-minute cooking class demonstration, and then a delicious, healthy meal.  The workshop can be held in Manhattan Beach in a space overlooking the ocean or a home of your choosing. 

Kale and Coconuts also offers private chef services for yoga and surf retreats.
